Account & Authentication

  • How do I create an account? You need an invitation to use Channels. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. If you have an invite, go to the sign-up page and enter your details
  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to receive a password reset email.
  • How do I delete my account? You can delete your account through the Delete Account page, or contact our support team at support@channels.careers for assistance with account deletion.

Mobile App

  • Is there a mobile app? Yes, Channels is available on iOS and Android devices.
